Employee insurance at scale

A strategic benefits partner for large organisations

Comprehensive, customisable employee healthcare for organisations where benefits are part of how you compete for and retain people — not just a line on a schedule.

See how it works

What the cover includes

  • Cover across multiple locations and entities
  • Claims and utilisation visibility for HR
  • A named account team, not a support queue

Cover, eligibility and dependant definitions are set by the policy issued to you. We will walk you through the terms before anything is bound.

Turn benefits into a strategic advantage

At scale, employee healthcare stops being an administrative task and becomes part of your retention story — which means it has to be measurable, not just present.

Multi-location capability

Cover that spans sites and entities, with network adequacy assessed for each location rather than assumed from the head office.

Visibility into utilisation

Claims and utilisation data so benefits decisions at renewal are based on how the policy was actually used, rather than on last year’s assumptions.

Structures for a mixed workforce

Distinct benefit structures for different employee groups where roles genuinely differ, instead of one template stretched across the organisation.

How it works

  1. 01

    Benchmarking

Industry benchmarks inform a benefits design that stands up against what your sector offers, so you know where you actually sit.

  2. 02

    Tailored design

Plans built for the employee groups you actually have, from senior management to frontline teams, with the differences made deliberate.

  3. 03

    Managed rollout

A structured rollout with a named team and employee communication, rather than a self-serve portal and a help address.

Frequently asked questions

What is corporate medical insurance?
Corporate medical insurance is employer-arranged cover for a workforce, usually structured as a group health policy with optional personal accident and term life layers. For larger employers it typically also involves defined service levels around endorsements, claims escalation and reporting.
How does corporate group health insurance differ at scale?
The policy mechanics are the same; the operational demands are not. Large employers need endorsement handling at volume, escalation routes when a claim stalls, network adequacy across every location, and reporting that stands up in a benefits review.
Can different employee groups have different cover?
Yes. Sum insured, dependant definition and additional layers are commonly differentiated by grade or entity. The important part is that the logic is documented, so employees understand what applies to them and why.
What reporting should a large employer expect?
At minimum: claims incurred against premium paid, utilisation by category, endorsement turnaround and outstanding claims. This is the evidence base for the next renewal, and it should be available during the year rather than only at the end of it.
