What the cover includes

  • Onboarding, endorsements and claims in one place
  • Cover for families, stated clearly
  • Renewal tracked rather than remembered

Cover, eligibility and dependant definitions are set by the policy issued to you. We will walk you through the terms before anything is bound.

Simplify HR, look after employees, keep it manageable

A growing business does not need an enterprise benefits stack. It needs one that is straightforward to run and that employees understand without a briefing.

Automation that saves time

Onboarding, endorsements, claims and compliance run on defined workflows, so HR is not chasing paperwork at every renewal cycle.

Designed around what gets used

Cover is shaped around the benefits your employees actually claim against, rather than padded with features that look good in a comparison table.

Inclusive by design

Cover for families and partners, with the dependant definition and any modern-treatment inclusions written into the policy rather than assumed.

How it works

  1. 01

    Benchmarking

We compare your current benefits — or your starting point — against what similar businesses in your industry provide.

  2. 02

    Customisation

We shape a plan around your business, your headcount pattern and what your employees actually need from it.

  3. 03

    Onboarding

Employees get clarity on their benefits from day one, rather than a policy document nobody opens.

Frequently asked questions

What is a group health insurance policy for employees?
It is a single policy taken by an employer that covers eligible employees, and optionally their dependants, for hospitalisation and related expenses as defined in the policy. Administration sits with the employer and the broker rather than with each employee individually.
Is an employee insurance policy mandatory in India?
Requirements vary by statute and by state — the Employees’ State Insurance scheme applies to eligible establishments and wage bands, and Shops and Establishments rules differ across states. Beyond statute, group cover has become a de facto expectation for salaried roles.
Can we cover employees across multiple locations?
Yes. A single group policy can cover a distributed workforce, but network hospital coverage should be assessed against where employees actually live, not only where the registered office is.
What happens at renewal?
Cover is reviewed against how the policy was used during the year, headcount changes and any gaps that surfaced at claim time. A renewal is the natural point to correct a structure that was set before the team grew.
